EMDR
What is EMDR? EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a leading therapy for trauma treatment. It transitions individuals from experiencing intense emotions when recalling an event or facing similar situations to a state where they can think about the event or be in the situation without being overwhelmed by the past emotions. Fighting the Overwhelm

Flash Technique
Flash allows us to decrease the distress from looking at your trauma before we look at it. This can also be how we decide to process.
Resources and Strengths
We will build your power and ability to hold difficult emotions, images and thoughts and help you feel in control.
Your pace
Some want to rip the Band-Aid off as quickly as they can, and others want to make sure they control the pace and don’t jump into something they aren’t ready for. You will have the control and choice.

Why Can I help?
For the past decade, I have been practicing EMDR with clients of all ages. Witnessing the transformative impact this therapy has on individuals is truly remarkable. Because of this I have worked through certification (lots of EMDR under supervision) and become a consultant (supervising others doing EMDR under more supervision). I am deeply passionate about making this experience accessible to anyone seeking it.
